Rachel Obadiah, LPC-S
Rachel is a Tulsa native. She attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences. She completed her Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Nazarene University and then went on to complete her requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Rachel is a also a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor.
Rachel loves being able to help her clients realize that they're not alone, their feelings are valid, and that they do matter. She believes when you make the steps to seek help, you are not weak, you are BRAVE! Rachel has worked with children, adults, families, and adolescents over the last ten years. These years have allowed her to obtain a lot of tools she can use to teach her clients in order to help them live their best life! Rachel specializes in miscarriage grief, postpartum depression, teen pregnancy, life transitions, depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, life planning, and women's issues. Her favorite phrase to say to clients is, "How do you climb a mountain? One step at a time." Seeking help is the first step and Rachel is here to help climb the mountain with you.
When not helping others, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, searching for vintage items at thrift stores, traveling, and reading.
