Our Vision is to become the most credible and effective Integrated AOD/Mental Health Outpatient Agency in the state, while placing an emphasis on quality over quantity with our clients and staff.
JENIFER QUEEN, LPC-S, NCC
Jenifer grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow. She earned her B.A. in Psychology, her M.Ed. in School Counseling and proceeded with courses to meet the LPC requirements.
Jenifer has served in the Tulsa metro area for over 9 years as a mental health professional. She has experience at various levels of therapeutic intervention including private practice, outpatient, home-based/community based services, emergency order of detention, online therapy, at-risk youth guidance counseling, and adoption home studies.
Jenifer has worked with children, adolescents, young adults, families, and couples. She has extensive experience in the school setting with adolescents, as well as providing individual, family, group, and crisis management services. Jenifer is a qualified Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a National Board Certified Counselor. She has presented at numerous universities and workshops involving such topics as adolescent trends, relationship building, coping skills, and counseling in the school setting.
In addition, Jenifer has served on local non-profit boards, committees, and enjoys volunteering with both children and adults in the greater Tulsa area.
Kristy has lived in the Tulsa area most of her life. She has a degree in Business Management and began in the field of business and finance over twenty years ago.
Kristy's primary responsibility is overseeing finance, accounting, contracting/payer strategies, and ensuring the financial well-being of LET'S TALK, LLC. In addition, she shares duties in the Human Resources department, marketing, and the daily operation of LET'S TALK. Her history in business management and her proven leadership skills make her a great fit for our agency.
In her spare time, Kristy enjoys volunteering at her children's school, attending their sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
RACHEL OBADIAH, LPC
Rachel is a Tulsa native. She attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences. She completed her Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Nazarene University and then went on to complete her requirements to become a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Rachel loves being able to help her clients realize that they're not alone, their feelings are valid, and that they do matter. She believes when you make the steps to seek help, you are not weak, you are BRAVE! Rachel has worked with children, adults, families, and adolescents over the last ten years. These years have allowed her to obtain a lot of tools she can use to teach her clients in order to help them live their best life! Rachel specializes in miscarriage grief, postpartum depression, teen pregnancy, life transitions, depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, life planning, and women's issues. Her favorite phrase to say to clients is, "How do you climb a mountain? One step at a time." Seeking help is the first step and Rachel is here to help climb the mountain with you.
When not helping others, Rachel enjoys spending time with family, searching for vintage items at thrift stores, traveling, and reading.
DRUE DAY, LPC-C
Drue is originally from the green country area where she graduated with honors from Rogers State University earning her Bachelor’s (B.S.) in Psychology and Sociology. She found her passion in the helping professions and decided to go on to pursue her Master’s (M.S., LPC) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree at Oklahoma State University.
Her research and counseling interests surround issues involving chronic/acute pain and long term illness, responder and line-of-duty individual and family matters, correctional and reintegrative care, and social or generalized anxiety. Drue has experience with adults and families in residential care facilities experiencing life transition, severe trauma, addiction, and domestic and sexual violence. Drue works with couples and families looking to make transitions.
Although she loves research, her counseling style derives from a humanistic, insight oriented model.
Drue currently serves on the Board of Directors for a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. She enjoys spending time volunteering and advocating for the causes she’s passionate for.
Jenifer is married and has two children, ages 3 and 5. She is from Mexico, but has called Oklahoma home for the past 23 years. She graduated from Nathan Hale High School in Tulsa and earned her Bachelors degree from Northeastern State University. Jenifer enjoyed NSU so much that she decided to pursue her Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jenifer became interested in mental health after experiencing her own period of depression during her first year in college. With the support of family, friends and mental health professionals, Jenifer was able to reclaim her life and became passionate about helping others.
Jenifer has worked at an inpatient hospital for several years with all ages and backgrounds.
Jenifer also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, photography, attending mental health conferences, traveling and dining out with her family and friends.
CHRISTINA SPINLER, LMFT
Christina grew up in Broken Arrow and moved to Dallas after she received her undergraduate degree from OU. She earned her Master’s in Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University with an emphasis on children and individual development within a family system. Recently, she moved back to Tulsa to be closer to family.
She is open-minded, empathic and genuinely dedicated to helping all individuals and families navigate their lives in a manner reflecting their true selves.
In the past 10 years, she has worked for crisis agencies, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, domestic violence agencies, schools, foster agencies and in private practice. She also has experience in family counseling and with parenting techniques that encourage healthy childhood attachment.
Christina works with both individuals and families. She believes in treating the whole person, using a mind-body approach to increase overall mental health. Her approach to counseling also emphasizes mindfulness, invoking hope and self-compassion to guide people in realizing their strengths.
Christina enjoys outdoor activities, nature, fitness, the arts, working on her own personal development and most of all spending time with her family.
Sarah was born and raised in the Tulsa area and graduated from Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow with her B.A. in Psychology. She continued on with her education and is now working towards her Master's in Clinical Mental Health at Northeastern State University Broken Arrow.
Sarah has always had a passion for helping others. It was her empathetic nature and her heart to help others that lead her to the mental health field. She has experience working with children within an inpatient and outpatient environment. Sarah is interested in working with adolescents, young adult females with co-dependency, depression, and/or anxiety.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys reading psychological mystery thrillers, spending time at the lake, visiting with family and friends and playing with her dog.
Leigh is originally from North-Central Oklahoma. She graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is now working towards a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Addiction Counseling from Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow.
Leigh loves being able to help clients navigate the challenges of living. She believes all people have the capacity to learn, grow, and improve their lives. She is interested in working with adults, especially older adults, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, sexuality, addiction, self-worth, and/or life transitions.
Leigh enjoys spending quiet time with her husband, reading romance novels, driving her classic 1926 Dodge, and traveling to visit family throughout Oklahoma.
Courtney is from the Tulsa area and graduated with honors from Northeastern State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She decided to continue her education at Northeastern State University and will graduate with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling this December.
Courtney’s caring heart and desire to help others guided her to the mental health field. Her focus is to help individuals identify, accept, and develop a healthy relationship with their experience so they can focus on living a fulfilling, meaningful life. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with daily living, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, fertility, trauma, grief and cancer related stressors.
In her spare time, Courtney enjoys being active with her husband and two dogs, preparing her home for her first child coming in August and relaxing at the lake with family.
Susan grew up in the Tulsa area, but lived in Europe for almost 10 years. She graduated with honors from Oakland University with a BA in Psychology, specializing in older adults and resilience. After having her son, she returned for her graduate degree, a Master of Science in Counseling, with a special focus on children and marginalized individuals.
Susan is very passionate about helping and advocating for clients and others in the community. She is excited to assist adults and children of all ages and cultures in individual or family counseling. While English is her native language, she also holds a B2 proficiency in German and is currently studying conversational Spanish.
Susan also enjoys spending time with her 5-year old son, as well as growing flowers and vegetables in her garden.
